Use:
Agriculture use:raw material of phosphate fertilizerand feed nutrients
Industry use: chemical raw materials
1.Protect the metal from corrosion
2.Mixed with nitric acid as chemical polishing agentto improve the surface finish of metal
3.Material of phosphatide which is used for producewashing product and insecticide
4.The production of phosphorus containing flameretardant materials.
Food additives use:acidic flavoring,Yeast Nutri-ents, ,such as coca-cola.
Medical use:to produce medicine containing phos-phorus,such as Na 2 Glycerophosphat
Phosphoric acid is mainly used in pharmaceutical, food, fertilizer and other industries, including as rust prevention agents, food additives, dental and orthopaedic surgery, EDIC caustics, electrolytes, flux, dispersants, industrial caustics, fertilizers as raw materials and components of household cleaning products. Also used as chemical agents, phosphates are nutrients for all life forms.
Phosphoric acid or orthophosphoric acid, with a molecular weight of 97.994, is a common inorganic acid. It is a medium strong acid. It is obtained by dissolving phosphorus pentoxide in hot water. Orthophosphoric acid is obtained commercially by treating apatite with sulfuric acid. Phosphoric acid dehydrates easily in air. Heat loses water to pyrophosphoric acid, and further loses water to metaphosphate.
Extended information:
Application field:
1. Agriculture: Phosphoric acid is the raw material for the production of important phosphate fertilizer (superphosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, etc.), and also the raw material for the production of feed nutrients (calcium dihydrogen phosphate).
2. Industry: Phosphoric acid is an important chemical raw material. Its main functions are as follows:
(1) To treat the metal surface and generate an insoluble phosphate film on the metal surface to protect the metal from corrosion.
(2) Mixed with nitric acid as a chemical polish to improve the finish of the metal surface.
(3) The production of detergent, pesticide raw material phosphate ester.
(4) Raw materials for the production of phosphorus-containing flame retardant.
3, food: phosphoric acid is one of the food additives, in food as a sour agent, yeast nutrition agent, cola contains phosphoric acid. Phosphates are also important food additives and can be used as nutrient enhancers.
4, medicine: phosphoric acid can be used to make phosphate-containing drugs, such as sodium glycerophosphate, etc.
