Physicochemical properties:

Application
1. Instead of glacial acetic acid,it is used in dyeing and finishing pro-cesses of acrylic. dacron, nylon and other Chemical fiber,wool. silkand other animal fiber,cotton. linen. yarn and other plant fiber,Waxprinting,and blend fabric.
2. The adjustment of PH value of all kinds of acid pickling, dyeingbath (including color bath),color fixing,resin finishing etc.
3. Producing some kinds of dyestuff,such as Benzidine Yellow G.

1. Acetic acid can destroy the disulfide bond of glycoprotein in the gastric mucus layer and depolymerize the tetramer structure of glycoprotein, resulting in thinner mucus, which is easy to be washed away and plays a role in cleaning the gastric mucosal surface.
2. Acetic acid can enter the cytoplasm through the cell membrane, making the pH value in the cytoplasm drop from 7.0-7.4 to 6.5, the cell keratin polymerizes into bundles, the cells become thicker, the light transmittivity decreases, the protein architecture of epithelial cells is changed, and the properties of epithelial cells are selectively changed. It makes the spatial structure of intracellular chromatin and intracellular keratin in cytoplasm transient change, highlighting the morphological structure of mucosal surface, and then highlighting columnar epithelial cells under white light irradiation, producing whiteness phenomenon. For example, the permeability of epithelial cells increases. The acetic acid partially penetrates into the nucleus can also unhelix the superhelix DNA and strengthen the whiteness effect. When acetic acid was gradually neutralized by cytoplasm, the above effect disappeared.
3. Acetic acid can reach the interstitium through the mucosa, resulting in capillary congestion. Therefore, after acetic acid spraying, the mucosa will gradually turn red after 2-3 minutes of white. The acetic acid spray increased the surface of the epithelial cells of non-reflective material, can cover the vascular network under the epithelium.
4. The opening of glands or crypts is one of the channels for acetic acid infiltration, which increases the surface area of cells exposed to acetic acid, and makes the mucosa thickened and whitened overall. 5. The duration of mucosal whitening varies according to the degree of mucosal lesions and tumor differentiation. Normal mucosa has a longer white time (1-2 minutes), whereas differentiated or submucosal carcinoma has a shorter white time (3-10 seconds), and a demarcation line is formed between the cancerous tissue and the surrounding normal mucosal tissue, delineating the extent of the cancerous tissue. Moreover, it can help to distinguish and diagnose lesions with microvascular atypia and unclear surface microstructure under ordinary magnification endoscopy, and can also significantly improve the detection rate of gastric mucosa and intestinal metaplasia.
