Use
1.Used in leather industry, as leather tanning ,catalyzer ,disifec-tor used as camouflage salt in the chrome tanning method
2.Use in catalyst and stabilizer compositions
3. Use in textile dyeing as a reducing agent.
4. Used in the raw material for manufacture of sodium hydrosul-phite,formic acid and oxalic acid
5. Used as anti-frosting agent in concrete
6. precipitate precious metal
7. As buffer action , adjusting the value of PHin strong acid
The main uses are as follows: (1) Mainly used in the production of formic acid, oxalic acid and insurance powder, also used in the production of dimethylformamide, etc. Also used in medicine, printing and dyeing industry. ; (2) reagents, disinfectants and mordant for the determination of phosphorus and arsenic;
(3) Used as a preservative. Use four: for alkyd resin coating, plasticizer, strong; (4) Used as explosives, acid-resistant materials, aviation lubricating oil, adhesive additives. Sodium formate manufacturing method (1) The reaction of carbon monoxide and sodium hydroxide solution at 160~200℃ and 2MPa pressure to produce sodium formate, and then through sulfuric acid hydrolysis, distillation to obtain the finished formic acid. The main reaction equation is: CO+NaOH→HCOONa2HCOONa + H2SO4→ 2HCOOH + Na2SO4 (2) to produce the byproducts of neopentylene glycol, pentaerythritol and trimethylol propane. [Industry chain] formic acid, oxalic acid. [Reference quality index]
